Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ViGen Studio and its website. ViGen Studio is a product of Pwn & Pixel, the trading name of Ali Elasfoury, a sole trader registered in Belgium, trading as Pwn & Pixel (enterprise/VAT no. BE 1030.378.045), Chemin des Bouleaux 171, 5377 Somme-Leuze, Belgium. By joining the waitlist or using ViGen Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ViGen Studio. By using it you confirm that you are, and that any information you give us is accurate.

The service

ViGen Studio is an AI video studio: within one project you generate scripts, images, voiceover, and video, then edit and render a finished video, using AI models operated by Google and ElevenLabs. ViGen Studio is currently in active development and is offered through a waitlist; it is not yet generally available.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the content you provide — your scripts, prompts, and any images or audio you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service and deliver your results. Subject to your responsible use and these terms, you own the results ViGen Studio generates for you. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, including the likeness of any real person you depict.

AI-generated results

Results are produced by generative AI models and are not recordings of real events. They may contain inaccuracies or artefacts, and similar prompts can produce different output. You are responsible for reviewing results and for how you use and share them, including any disclosure that content is AI-generated where required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ViGen Studio to:

  • upload or depict a person without the rights or consent to do so;
  • create deceptive impersonations, or content intended to harass, defame, or mislead;
  • generate illegal content, or content that infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • violate the acceptable-use or safety policies of the underlying model providers (Google and ElevenLabs);
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

Accounts and teams

When accounts are available, you are responsible for activity under your account and for the content your team creates within your organization and workspaces. Keep your credentials secure and assign roles appropriately.

Plans and billing

ViGen Studio does not currently charge for access. If and when paid plans are introduced, any subscription will renew until cancelled, and you will be able to cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases; because a subscription gives you immediate access, by subscribing you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that this right is lost once access begins.

Availability and changes

Because ViGen Studio is under active development, features may change, pause, or be discontinued, and access may be limited while we roll out. We may update the service and these terms; for material changes to the terms we will give notice by a reasonable means, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful. You may stop using ViGen Studio at any time and, once accounts are available, delete your account.

Disclaimer and liability

ViGen Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit, or content arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
